JebuK International is an advisory and introduction service run from Nashik, Maharashtra. We are not a property developer and we do not sell property. What we do is understand what an Indian investor is actually looking for, then put that requirement in front of a licensed brokerage in Dubai that can act on it.
Why an introduction service exists at all.
Overseas property reaches Indian buyers through advertising, and advertising is bought by whoever has inventory to move. That is why the first voice most people hear belongs to a salesperson for one building.
An introduction service sits earlier in the process. We have no listings, no inventory and no target to hit on a particular tower, so the first conversation can be about whether the idea makes sense before it is about which unit.
When it does make sense, the requirement goes to our partner brokerage in Dubai. They are licensed in that market, they run the transaction, and any agreement you enter is with them. We hold no property licence in India, the UAE or Oman, and we do not act as a broker in any of those markets.
Two businesses, kept apart.
JebuK Properties is a separate business under the same brand. It works in real estate in Maharashtra and has its own registrations, its own regulatory position and its own website at jebuk.com.
JebuK International is the business you are reading about here, and it does one thing: it introduces Indian investors to a licensed partner desk in Dubai and Oman. The two are run separately on purpose. Credentials that belong to the Maharashtra business are not credentials of this one, so you will not find them quoted on this site.
