Privacy policy
What we collect, and where it goes.
This policy covers international.jebuk.com and the enquiries sent through it. The short version: we collect what the form asks for, we share it with a single partner outside India only if you tick the consent box, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Last updated 24 August 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
JebuK International, operating from Nashik, Maharashtra, India, decides why and how your personal data is processed on this site. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, that makes us the Data Fiduciary. You can reach us at international@jebuk.com or on +91 75078 23112.
JebuK Properties is a separate business under the same brand and handles its own data separately, under its own policy at jebuk.com. An enquiry sent here does not reach that business.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address
- The city you live in
- Your budget band
- What matters most to you: rental income, appreciation, residency planning or relocation
- Whether you gave consent for cross-border sharing, along with the date, the exact wording you agreed to, and the IP address the consent came from
We record the consent details so that we can show what you actually agreed to if it is ever questioned. That record protects you as much as it protects us.
We do not ask for identity documents, financial statements or bank details on this site. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from JebuK International and asks for those things by email, treat it as suspicious and call the number above.
Why we use it
To call you back about the enquiry you sent, to understand your requirement, and to introduce that requirement to our partner brokerage in Dubai. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we do not sell them to anyone.
Sharing your details outside India
This is the part worth reading properly. JebuK International does not hold a property licence and does not carry out property transactions. The transaction is handled by a licensed partner brokerage located in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, which is outside India.
If you tick the consent box on the enquiry form, we share your name, contact details and stated requirement with that partner brokerage so they can contact you. That transfer sends your personal data outside India, and the DPDP Act requires us to tell you so before it happens rather than afterwards.
The consent box is never pre-ticked, and the form will not submit without it. If you do not tick it, nothing is stored and nothing is shared. Should we ever add a partner in another country, such as Oman, we will ask for consent again rather than relying on the consent you gave for Dubai.
Once your details reach the partner brokerage, their own handling of that data is governed by the law that applies to them in the UAE. We will tell you who they are on the qualification call, before anything is passed on.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, then deleted automatically. Property decisions are slow, and someone who enquires this year often calls back the next, which is why the period is measured in years rather than months.
If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we will do it. Where we are required to retain something to meet a legal obligation, we will tell you what and why.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and who we have shared it with
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
Write to international@jebuk.com with the mobile number you used on the form and we will respond within 30 days.
Withdrawing consent
You gave consent by ticking a box, so you can withdraw it the same way. Use the withdraw consent form, enter the mobile number you used, and we delete the record we hold and stop sharing your details onward. It takes effect immediately and you do not have to explain why.
You can also withdraw by emailing international@jebuk.com or calling +91 75078 23112 if you would rather speak to someone.
Withdrawal works from the moment you tell us. It cannot pull back information the partner brokerage already received, so if you want them to delete their copy as well, say so and we will pass the request to them.
Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, write to international@jebuk.com with "Grievance" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within seven days and resolve within 30.
If our response does not satisfy you, the DPDP Act lets you complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That involves cookies set by Google and tells us things like which page you arrived on and roughly which region you are in. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not connect it to your enquiry.
Blocking cookies in your browser stops this and will not affect the enquiry form.
Security
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in Google Cloud Firestore with access limited to us. No system is perfect, so if we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle enquiries, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change affects what you previously consented to, we will ask again rather than assume.
