How it works
Four steps. No surprises in between them.
Every enquiry follows the same path, and you can stop at any step. Here is what happens after you send the form, in order, with the part we do and the part the Dubai desk does marked clearly.
Enquiry
You send your name, contact details, city, budget band and what you are trying to achieve. That last field matters more than the budget. Someone buying for rental income needs a different conversation from someone planning to move in three years.
Nothing leaves India at this stage. The form only reaches us.
Qualification call
We call you from Nashik, usually within one working day. The call takes about fifteen minutes and covers what you want, what you can commit, and when.
This is also where we tell you if Dubai does not suit your situation. It happens often enough to be worth saying: some people are better served by what they can already buy in India, and we would rather say that on a first call than six weeks later.
We pass the requirement to our licensed Dubai desk
If it makes sense to continue, we write up your requirement and send it to our partner brokerage in Dubai. They hold the licence, the market access and the relationships with developers. We do not.
This is the point where your details cross a border, which is why the consent box on the form is not optional and is never pre-ticked. The partner desk receives your name, contact details and requirement. They do not receive anything you have not given us.
Joint call with the developer
The Dubai desk sets up a call with the developer whose project matches your requirement. You are on it, they are on it, and so are we.
Being on that call is the whole point of the arrangement. You have someone in your own timezone who heard the original brief and can tell you afterwards whether what was described actually matched it.
The transaction is theirs.
From the joint call onward, the partner brokerage runs the process. Contracts, payment schedules, registration and handover all sit with them, and any agreement you sign is with that brokerage or the developer.
We stay reachable throughout. If something is unclear or a call is not returned, you have a number in India to ring, and that is what most people end up using us for.
What we will not do: quote you a return, forecast a rental yield, or tell you what a property will be worth later. Anyone who does that on a first call is guessing.
Next step
Start with the enquiry form.
It takes about a minute, and the call that follows is the useful part.
